Closed Beta Terms

These terms apply to the invite-only DM Hell closed beta. The service operator is DM Hell project owner.

Access and age

You may use the service only if you are at least 18 years old (18+) and have an invitation. You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping account access secure.

Your content and recordings

You must have the right to upload and process campaign content. Before each recording upload, you must separately obtain consent from every participant to record and upload it. Acceptance of these terms and the Privacy Policy does not replace participant consent.

Do not use the service for unlawful content or activity that violates another person's rights. You remain responsible for decisions about campaign content and publication.

Beta limits

The service is experimental and can change. It can contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. Automated transcripts and analysis results can be inaccurate, so review them before use.

The operator can limit or end beta access when this is necessary for security, legal compliance, or operation of the beta program. Mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply.

Data and ending use

The Privacy Policy explains data processing, retention, export, and deletion. A paid subscription, payments, and refunds are not part of these beta terms.
